Granulation process as one of the key techniques for dosage form production, divided into spray granulation, rotating disk granulation, boiling granulating and extrusion granulation. From the processing advantage analysis, no matter from production, energy consumption, environment and the adaptability of product, extrusion granulation is the most competitive water dispersible granule production mode.
