1. Determination of the drying room
The volumetric heat method is the theoretical design method of the rotary flash dryer, but the most critical volume heating coefficient in this method is difficult to determine, so it is short of operability. The evaporation intensity method is an indirect method of volumetric heating, and it can be calculated with a certain amount of experimental data, which is often used in industrial design. The evaporation intensity method calculates the volume of the drying chamber according to the evaporation volume and the evaporation intensity, and then calculates the effective height according to the relationship between the diameter and the height.

2. The diameter of the drying chamber
Another way is to calculate the required air consumption through material balance and heat balance, and then determine the diameter of the dryer according to the air speed range.

3. The height of the dryer and the graded particle size
The hot air distributor from the hot air distributor enters the human drying chamber through a circular slot, and the material of the drying room is spirally rotated under the action of hot air blowing and the impellent of the agitator. The influence of gravity on the motion of small particles under centrifugal force is negligible.

4. Application of rotary flash dryer
The upper part of the drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring. The main function of the drying chamber is to separate the larger or Undry materials from the qualified products, and can effectively ensure the grain size and moisture requirements in the drying room. Replacement of grading rings with different diameters can meet the requirements of product size. Cold air protection is installed at the bottom of the hot air of the cone bottom to prevent the material from contacting with high temperature air to produce overheating and deterioration. The drying system is closed, and operates under micro negative pressure, and the dust is not leaked. It protects the production environment and is safe and hygienic.
